Terms and Conditions:
Welcome to the Thinkific Online Platform! These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you and Thinkific regarding your use of our subscription-based courses and the potential purchase of an Ofqual-registered vocational qualification. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our platform.
Subscription and Payment: a. By subscribing to our courses, you agree to make monthly payments as specified during the signup process. b. Payment amounts and methods will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment. c. Your subscription must remain continuous for the entire duration of the course work to be completed. d. Once all the work is complete, you will be required to pay the final certificate payment as advised before booking; the subscription is just access to the work, not the qualification. e. You are free to cancel the subscription at any time; this is not credit-checked or a contract.
Course Duration and Qualification: a. The completion of the coursework required to obtain the vocational qualification will take a minimum of 6 months. b. Coursework will be released on a weekly basis, and you are expected to complete the assigned work within the specified time frames. c. At the end of the subscription period, upon successful completion of all course requirements, you will have the option to purchase an Ofqual-registered vocational qualification.
Restart and Cancellation: a. Once your subscription is started, it cannot be restarted or reset. The continuity of your subscription is crucial for completing the coursework. b. If you choose to cancel your subscription before completing the coursework, you may lose access to the course content and will not be eligible for the vocational qualification. c. You have up to 24 months to complete the work.
Changes and Updates: a. Thinkific reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any courses or qualifications offered on the platform at any time. b. We may also update these terms periodically. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website.
Privacy and Data: a. Thinkific respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. b. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright and other relevant laws protect the course materials, content, and intellectual property made available through the Thinkific platform. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our course materials without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability: a. Thinkific will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the platform or inability to access the coursework. b. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the course materials or any qualifications obtained through the platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Thinkific is headquartered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
